Board had some corrosion around the edges, I replaced all 4 CD3215 from donor and also replaced UB090 as well as U2800 with correct firmware, but one of the ports loops every 20 seconds, not sure where to start.

First time I get a 820-02188 here, clean board, tested with different original charger and same thing.
I dont even know where to start with this boards, but charger and board alone gives me no voltage anywhere, I then located what I think it is ppbus line and started there with 4V, 8V then 12V...
Board had very very little corrosion in one corner of UG400 I replaced that and still same, DFU restore results in error 21.
PPBUS_AON - 12.0V
PP3v8_AON - 3.8V
PP5v_S2_MAIN - 5.2V
PP3v3_S2 - 3.2V
PP1V8_S2SW - 0V
PP1V2_S2 - 1.2V
PP1V2_AWAKE - comes up to 1.2V for a few seconds then drops to 0...
Found a problem on G3S fixed it then found another issue, this board has multiple problems and no longer is worth the time to fix, thanks for your help!
Clean board had both U2890 and UB090 bad, also short on U2800 as well as U3200 and U3100, total mess, came in with 5V, now it makes it to 20V but wont charge or restore.
All Awake and SLPS2R signals present, following boot sequence it makes it all the way to PMU_COLD_RESET_L and missing voltages...
Clean board, makes it to 20V but not 5 seconds later goes back to 5V then repeats.
Checked for shorts everywhere and found nothing, checked with thermal camera but there is nothing obvius.
PPBUS makes it to 12.2V then drops.
Just did, but same thing, Mac runs off from battery if there is charge, I do get percentage at the top right inside OS charger is detected and shows the sign of charging but it saids Mac is not charging even after a while.
