Still no voltage on C7050 with both F7000/1 removed

I dont understand 100% how these mosfets in series work. I get 20v on PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR But i get 0v on the four gates TBA_GATE_Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4 and 0v on TBA_LX1/X2 and hence 0V on drain. I tested the ISL9239 i removed and installed on a good board and it works allright

changed u7000, no effect

No voltage on C7050 All Q7030/40 traces good. Surroungin caps looks good. R7020 measures 0.000 ohms

Diode mode to ground at PPBUS_G3H : 0.330 (same as good board). Removed F7000/1. C7050 voltage is 0v but PPBUS_G3H is still 0.9

No signs of damage except for a bit of corrosion on pins 3 and 4 of QB701. PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR: 19.8v PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_REG: 0.9v (starts at 0.4v and then slowly goes up to 0.9). PPBUS_G3H: 0.9v

C8460 was shorted

820-00928 with no backlight. No signs of corrosion. Backlight was working and then after turn on it wasnt. PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT is 0v with diode mode on 0.090 (good board is 0.998). All caps look pristine. I dont know if to inject voltage since this line is such high voltage

USBC_XB_CC1 measures 0.030 on diode mode. USBC_XB_CC2, USBC_XA_CC1 and USBC_XA_CC2 measure 0.540

I soldered the OEM bios CHIP, same behavior, I looked around to see if i moved any other component but everything seems intact.

Tried good known battery. Same behavior, and PPBUS_G3H is stuck at 11.98v

PPBUS_G3H is stuck at 12.36v. It is possible the battery is fully charged since i left it connected for a couple of hours

Both are 3.4v

i tried chip from a working machine with clean ME. It wont turn on with charger only (it gets the 20v). If i connect the battery i get the battery icon and wont boot. Tried different 87w chargers but no change.
