u7100 had burnt pin (20). I replaced it. Both sides of L7101 and L7100 start at 72 Ohms and drop very slowly. I held it for 3 or 4 mins to about 60Ohms then took probes off. I think it would have continued to drop. So maybe a small short? I dont have a donor for this... Do you know of any other...

The only part that was damaged physically on the board was J4915. That leads to5v_s0, could that be fucking up S3? ? This board is so clean I dont even know where to start. No shorts, checked all 1.5V/1.2V/1.8V/1.05V RAILS.
