on port for U3200 a/c adapter works one direction when flip over it does not i tried different cables with usb volt meter it goes to 5v then 19.5v then shuts down

when screen is on smc_lid_left is 1.4v and smc_lid_right is 3.5v when screen is off smc_lid_left is 1.6v and smc_lid_right is 3.5v when the screen is on i put a magnet to J5260 the HALL_SENSOR_RIGHT AND IT TURNS OFF when i do the same to J5250 the HALL_SENSOR_left it doesn't TURNS OFF

with out battery i get 19.7v and it goes up to 1.20a i get fan spin for 7 seconds then 19.9v oA i press power button and it does all over again with battery 19.7 2.10A and it turns on everything works battery charging i can unplug charger everything ok if i close lid and open screen will not...

i put a working board in to check battery and keyboard all good i charge the battery when i put back bad board it works from battery but the tpe c closes to screen only says 5v and the other one no voltage when i take off battery it goes back to five volts is U3100 bad
