Hello I am replacing the board on this machine. The board is in great shape, I dissabled the GPU with dosdude method and removed GPU Voltage coil. Only thing I notice is that I get airport proximity: 129°C per HWMonitor. Is this normal? Machine seems to work fine. Thanks

With the board disconnected I get 1.2V in one pin and 1V in another pin. With the board connected nothing.

Same issue, stuck on loading screen

I omitted an important part of the issue, the laptop stucks on loading logo when booting from USB Mac OS installer, it seems is not recgonizing the internal HDD, tested with SSD with high sierra and same. Tried that SSD with High sierra via USB and doesnt detect/boot.

That one says 00165, is that ok?

Hello I can confirm now that the issue is also when loading the SO and/or in boot menu BUT I noticed that the issue is only with battery connected! I will try another battery and let you know, in the mean time, any comment/suggestion on this one? o_O

Hello, I dissabled the GPU with 2dude method on this one like 5 months ago. Now came back with distorted image after entering password (when loading OS and on welcome screen looks ok) and beeps 3 times... I tried wieht different ram sticks on both slots and same, tried doing some preassure...

Fixed by changin DC in board...

By checking SMC DCIN, I noticed that SMC_BC_ACOK: 3.3V BUT IT has a pulse to 0 every 400mS (PP3V42_G3H is stable) SMC BC AC OK pulsing doesnt happen with the PSU

SMC BYPASS works with original 85w adapter (board turn on and fan full speed)
