I first tried with reflow on CPU and the Board wont boot anymore. I reballed the CPU and it seems the board is working ok now, I need to test it in detail. The only think I notice is that the FAN is running fast. (I tested only on the bench) So far its been a good progress I guess Gracias!

I doubled checked, I tried with 2 known good 85W adapters . Also I have always used my PSU to turn on these boards without any issue. What should I measure? With or without battery plugged?

Forget to mention: U4100 was out of position (I dont know what they were trying) so I removed it and put in position some caps and resistors around it.

I noticed that on the U7400 side of the R7403/02 I got 12V but only for 1 second. Replaced U7400 and same behaviour
