Macbook 12 not turning on but i hear a charger being plugged in faintly how can I tell if this is a logicboard or LCD issue without an lcd to test?

LCD connector was greenish had pin 39 and 40 looked really bad replaced connector replaced cable replaced LCD. I'm not getting voltage on those pins either. Still no back light.

No water damage found at all. PPBUS 3v42 is present with no short.

How can i find whats shortage i tied the psu to it and reved up the current was pulling 5 amps nothing was getting hot to touch.....

Normally I dont take these in. This guy i know hes a good client he found this in a hotel room while vacationing... It has an efi password obviously he wants to reformat to give away or use. Any help here?

So i have an 820-2850 board. Computer shuts down and restarts when i run valley bench marking tool while on battery.. On the power cord issue takes alot longer to happen but does happen alot more rare.

The video scrambled like in checkers.. I unplugged the video cable and plugged it in agn. I also unplugged the battery and plugged it in again the issue is gone but I have feeling its going to come back does anyone know what causes this? He said he dropped it lightly and it has no visible signs...
