820-00850 does not turn on, no fan spin. 20volts from charger
Hi all, I have a MacBook with a small amount of water damage to the usb port .. photo attached. There was a small amount of corrosion on the board as well that I have managed to clean off with i I have checked the voltage from the charger and it's 20volts I get no fan spin when I turn it on...- Zeruo

Mid 2018 A1989 very small amount of water damage
A small amount of water got into the charge port. The laptop no longer turns on, no fan spin, no display. The photo shows the damage to the charge port. If I replace the port will this fix the issue. I have a multimeter if that helps... I'm not too sure how to use it though so will need some...- Zeruo
