A1278 820-2936 adapter_sense open line to ground, and then not
TLDR: system would boot but no chime, no screen, only fan spinning up to high speed after 1-2 minutes. Isolated logic board showed expected voltages except ADAPTER_SENSE (0V and unexpected OPEN LINE to Ground when unpowered). Problem resolved after several minutes of rest. [SOLVED] A1278 820-2936-A only 0.3V on Adapter Sense pin
TLDR: Aside from replacing the DC IN board, does anything below indicate need to replace ISL6259 IC? Is there a way to test the charger (60W) to see if the cable needs replacing?
