Yes tried other card, didn't work, was missing Pin10 compared to good board, replaced U3510 and customers wifi turned out bad as well - issue solved, thank you very much for all your input.
Replaced SMC,
I got it to turn on however now ran into issue with no keyboard/trackpad, opt out keyboard/trackpad/ipd cable - tested logic board into good working housing - issue the same.
If Im trying to bypass SMC now fan spins twice with few second interval PP5V_S4RS3 goes up to 5V at that time, but no further action unless I trigger SMC_ONOFF_L pads with tweezers - fan gives little spin everytime.
Hi guys,
Have 820-00165 here, liquid damage while ago, machine was working fine, suddenly stopped working 2 days ago, U1900 corrosion on 2 pins, replaced, U6100 Pin 5 small corrosion, but all voltages(3.3) present at U6100, jtag removed was corroded, U7501 looks good, SMC good, small crap around...
Sorry for silly question as obviously different air stations different temperatures however what would be good T to re-heat internal of the chip without messing up solder balls under the chip(specifically under filled chips)? From experience too hot pushed solder balls out and messed up the...
Did you try board in different TopCase to opt out keyboard? it might cause same behaviour with faulty keyboard, and of course try with good clean IPD cable.
On 16" models there is fewer connectors, look online for teardown, I believe iFixit might have, hadn't looked at it, since there is a few they might left something under the board as fans are getting plugged into board directly now again....just carefully check again if every single connector...
Yes tried that, as well as this "other sort" of SMC by Apple with T2 - CONTROL+OPTION+RIGHT SHIFT+POWER BUTTON and ordinary of course with keyboard and by disconnecting battery,
Thanks

Well see it was my own board I was experimenting with but still sad if I killed the cpu,
If i didn?t kill the cpu by injecting more than 1V on PPBUS_G3H so did that happen while mosfet originally got blown? So technically there was no fix anyhow right? Or what steps would you take in that case...
Hi guys,
Have a feeling that this is a hopeless case but before I dump the board want to see if anybody might give me a hand with this,
So basically board came in with no power, got 20V on charger 0.02A - 0.11A, checked rails and PPBUS_G3H was 0.04 short to ground,
Injected 1V board was pulling...
Sorry for confusion - I don't get none of the 3 - no image, no dong, no post, tried USB mouse/keyboard on both USB ports,
I get 3.33V for PLT_RESET_L and VCORE is 1.8V
I tried BIOS of the donor board, but same result.
