Okay. I'm still learning. As far as XW3552 that isn't present on the board. However a test pad is. TP(1)PP3V3_WLAN_R XW3552 is reading 3.32 I checked continuity from the test pad to Q3550 pin 4 and C3550 pin 1 is present.

I am guessing you mean L7701 when you typed "K" At L7701 I am getting the same OL reading.
