    Stop doing anything until you fix pp3v42 first. What is the voltage drop to ground on pin 2 of L6995? What is the voltage there?

    Replace Q7130 as well as U7100 simultaneously, then check ppbus g3h again. Battery side current sensing probably is also causing no green light.

    You paid for data recovery troubleshooting and this doesn't sound like data recovery... Data recovery advice is leave it off.
