0065 sleep problem

have a different 0065 that intermittently goes in to sleep mode, boots, all is well, then sleeps. It is also effected when I close the lid without shutting it the all way. Tried new TP. Didn't help. Ideas? (TP works btw)

Sleep sensor is on IO board, so first thing is to try another one and flat cable.

Changed out I/O, and flat cable. Now it boots up with lid closed, but shuts down/sleeps with lid open.... so weird

SMC_LID high? Corrosion in connector. Corrosion in trackpad connector?
