820-00045 with bent CPU (graphic glitches)

Hi,

I've got that MacBook 12" with graphic glitches.
I've understood that it is related to the CPU or RAM

On this one, you can clearly see that the CPU is concave now and that on the edge of it some balls are physically not making contact with the board.
I've seen the video of that Korean guy who reball the CPU to fix the not recognized SSD issue on the same board: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CM5iKCi8_UQ&t=380s

I was wondering... will a reball help with this or is this BS?
Is a bent CPU a sign that it is dead?

I?m calling BS on this. If there was actually a cracked ball, it is possible a reball would fix it. However, most of these CPUs imo on the A1534 are dying from complete lack of cooling in the machine. I could be wrong, but the fact they have no fan makes me think it?s just a shit design not meant to last. If the CPU is internally fucked as I suspect from
overheating, reballing will be just like with 2011 GPUs heat makes it work for a little while then back to dead
