Board was liquid damaged, only corrosion to Q7010 but only to PPDCIN pin.

PBUS 8.64V
3V42 = 3.42
3V3 / 5V_S5 = 3V3 / 5V

When the baord is cold;

S5_PWRGD = present
SMC_ADAPTER_EN = present
PM_SLP_S5 = not preset

So fuck all above S5

When the baord is warm it powers fine.
I tried a donor EEPROM, made no difference

I have been round this board probing so much. Could do with some fresh thought.

U1900/1950 are a good suspect or crap under SMC. Could also be corrosion anywhere else.....
