I get stock on this point:
The machine works perfectly without Power Audio Board Cable (821-1722).
When i connect the cable, i notice the SMC_LID go down for 1.2V and without the cable i get 3.4v
The back light work for one second when the power audio cable is plugged.
Already replaced DC power Jack I/O and the power audio cable for make sure thats is not the problem.

Can u guys help me figure out?

It's normal. when smc_lid is not 3.42v and around 1.2v backlight will come as soon as you plug power near the chime instant and then black.
worse case is SMC.
With cable connector plugged, compare smc_lid diode mode reading with good board.
did you checked voltage on both side of pullup resistor?

I don't have a good board for test, but i have measurement in both sides:

pullup resistor:
R5171 - Pin 1 - SMC_LID = 0V
Pin 2 - PP3V42_G3H - 3.42V

Diodo mode
My board With Audio Cable and IO connected:
Pin 1 - 0.405 - without Audio Cable - 0.600
pin 2 - 0.282 - without audio cable - 0.282

After i pulled the resistor, with ou without the cable audio i don;t get backlight

Already have this measurement :
R5171 is 99K on the schematics is 100K.
I will check R to G when i back to the office.

Short to ground on R5171 with Audio Cable:
Pin 1 - SMC_LID = 115.3 k Ω
Pin 2 - PP3V42_G3H - 054.6 k Ω

without cable:
Pin 1 = 187 k Ω
pin 2 = 054.6 k Ω

Seems like a bad IO board and cable to me. Compare values with a known good board, 3437 or 00165 should be the same.
