820-00165 always 15 seconds to chime.

This board was liquid damaged, went out and came back.
Customer said it would not turn on but it does, just after about 15 seconds. It does this every time but it always turns on if you just wait.

Corrosion was around U1950 and U7400.

Anyone have an idea please?

Hi, not sure if it's the same case but when you change the starting disk (for example booting with usb external disk) and you go back using your internal ssd. It takes longer to chime even for the apple logo to appear because it's still looking for the last usb external boot disk and then it finally finds the internal ssd.

Just in case you can either pram or go to system preferences startup disk and select the ssd boot disk even if it's only one listed here.

Run internal diagnostics first. Does the time date stay after a reboot? Corrosion under SMC?
