820-00165 Short on 3V42/SMC

Short on 3V42. Corrosion around U7090 and nowhere else. I've removed the components in the 3V42 circuit surrounding U7090 as they looked beat up. After that, the only thing that gets hot now with voltage injected is the SMC. No corrosion around SMC so it doesn't seem like cleanup under the chip is going to get me anywhere. Any thoughts on this?

Yeah corrosion around U7090 caused 3V42 to go high. Probably everything on 3V42 is killed. SMC, U1950, U5110, U1900 and you can figure out the rest.
