820-00165 wifi issue

Hello, I have 820-00165 which had slight water damage and was not turning on at all, was changed some corroded resistors and reballed SMC. Now it fully works, but has no wifi and cooler spins on max RPM.

please help, what algorithm should I go throw? Thank you

could be a faulty SMC,,,, Voltage on ppbus_g3h without battery, try another trackpad and flex...

on pubs_g3h I have 8.6v without battery. tried other touchpad and keyboard+flex, 2 errors gone only wifi left.

but tried wifi boards, its problem in main board.

Power to Airport present on C3521? SMC_WIFI_PWR_EN checked if power is not there?

i had similar issue, U3550 wifi switch was shorted to gnd. I had to replace the wifi card too, it was shorted too and that killed U3550, before u replace it measure both sides to gnd if 0 ohm or not
