820-00840 - Liquid damage, won't boot

Both USB-C Ports getting 20v, but 0.1amp.
PPBUS_G3H 13.01v
PP3V3_S5 is 3.3v

I haven't touched these at all yet... power rail listings are new and scary :(

Every liquid indicator on this thing is red, but there isn't actually any corrosion I can find. I do believe the customer cleaned it up. He said he was "looking at replacing the keyboard", and "accidentally touched metal on the board, shorting it out. Now it won't turn on". So... sounds like the unit used to work until the customer fucked with it.

I thank you for spoon feeding me in advance...

Post diode mode to ground on all big coils.
Better to switch to ohm scale for CPU coils; very low values expected as normal.

Do you get 3V3_SUS?
