820-01700 2019 A2141, right shift key, left option, control, and caps lock led not working

I replaced R6703. And then discovered pins 28-30 on the keyboard connector don't get voltage. So I decided to connect the board to a keyboard and test it and all three keys plus the caps lock LED now work
