820-02899 5V stuck

hello
i have 820-02899 with problem 5V and have spikes 0.160A 1 sec and stop
on slot 1 have logo pd fix on aixun tester power and second no but same 5V 0.112A
for test i have replace UF400 and UF500 same
i have flash 2sec with thermal camera on UC840

PP3V8AON/PH1/PH2/PH3 have 3.8V
PPBUS_AON have 12V

have check all pins on UC840 and no short
i have input 5V on each pins and in pin 4 i have high consumption
with thermal camera found bad caps on CP957 (PPVOUT_KBDBKLT), i have remove and now machine start
