Q7225 blew up probably because U7201 died. There was a voltage spike on 5V_S3 and this could have killed many other things. Compare resistance to GND on 5V_S3 to a good board and replace U7201.
You are using a REAL 85W charger and shorting the power pads to turn it on? 3V3_S5 present?

ya i'm using a original charger 85W and shorting the power pads to turn on!

already replace a U7201 for a new one. And PP5V_S3 = 36ohm compare for a good one Floats between 5k - 6k ohms.

3V3_S5 = 3.36V

So there is a semi short on 5V_S3, could be anything on this rail and 36 Ohm is probably not enough to heat anything up. Rabbit hole antique board.....
