Schematic is a little confusing, U7201 references PP5V_S5 but "Power Aliases" doesnt mention PP5V_S5 nor does board view at U7201. Im assuming its really referring to PP5V_S3.

Shorting pin 5 on J5713.
I have .007V on PM_SLP_S3_L & .003V on PM_SLP_S4_L measured on pin 4 of U9480 and pin 1 of R4690.

Yes, 3V3_S5 is missing. Measured on pin 1 R4212. I do have G2_EN (pn 13), but only .722V on 3V3_S5 ENTRIP (pn 6). So I wont get 3v3_S5.

Hey Duke.
Noticed pin 20 on U7100 was a bit burnt. So I replaced it, along with C7196, C7126 and R7120. I would have replaced the FETS but I do not have a donor for this. Is there another board that uses these I can pull themm from? I also replaced U7200 for the second time.

I Now have 3v3_s5. Also have 1 fan spin when I press power button.
While the fan spins I briefly get PM_SLP_S3 and PM_SLP_S4 at 3.3V. Im still not getting PP5V_S3. Here is a vid of what happens on PP5V_S3 when I press the power button.
