pp5v5 good

ppv3v3_s3 NOTHING HERE (ENABLE IS 3.3V On mosfet, but its a P mosfet, idk if that means the voltage should be lower than the output,)
(ARE S3 LINES SUPPOSED TO SHOW BEFORE THE DEVICE POWERS UP?)
no ppvp_fw (idk when this is supposed to show)
original problem, no power, 3 burnt components on audio jack line (replaced them) ran a jumper on that line as well.

good/normal is not a measurement. Are you using a REAL 85W charger? This will not power on from 60W and Chinese garbage.

Check 5V_S3 bus if there are pulses. Multimeter are too slow to catch so best to use a scope. Check all rails for short to GND.
Does the battery charge?

i dont currently own a scope, if you have a recommendation for a cheap but good one please let me know. Idk if the battery charges or not so I will check that as well. Thank you for your help, I realize when someone is new its a bit frustrating to help them, so again thank you.
