820-2850 powers on to morse code sounds

customer sent in 820-2850 little background on it, they had replaced the c9560 with a 330 44hps d tried to find this chip to make sure its okay but no luck. the issue is when it turns on it turns on to E.T sounds and the speaker jumps, it sounds really like electrical pulse's or morse code i get no beep with memory taken out just the funny sound. i have yet to dive into the board, but thought id see if this is something worth bothering with or if there is a reason it might be doing this.
will start on it in the morning.

something like this would have to run off an s5 rail, I'd start there, strange problem though, your a month late for april fools
