820-2879-b . 3.4v on battery connector but dropping 12v

I have another problem. I have board 820-2879-b. I replaced u7000 because has no green light. I managed to get green light but now i have 12v voltage drop on battery connector. Not really sure how to find problem. Any idea? I may ask to many times for help but am still learning

j6950 : 3v and dropping down
j6950 pin 6 and 4 : 3.416v

What is PPBUS voltage without battery?

12V is not an accurate measurement....

ok. i left board for two days because i had plenty boards to repair and today when i plugged in to charger and power up motherboard fan start spinning so i turned of and try power up again and was not start any more. i probly have short on some cappacitor but not sure how to find it. can you help?

Check sense resistors and traces, measure resistance between pin 17/18 and 27/28 on U7000.
