820-2879 panic error

This board start to load OS X and crash with panic kernel error. I tried usb drive and sata drive. Anything I can try? Another bios or any common problem?

Usually bad RAM or bad RAM stick. Try one RAM stick in one slot at a time. Could also be the SATA cable if it says no OS set

Already tested the ram. And it is NOT sata cable. Same error with usb drive as I said.

Metal sponge thing on the airport cable shorting out the pins on the connector because the tape is missing is common. Also 1 bad RAM slot, usually the one closest to the keyboard.

What connector do you mean?

Yes the wifi/camera connector. Disconnect it and see if problem goes away.
