820-2914 no ppbus_g3h

no green light ppdcin is present and pp5v1 on vdd,vddp of u7000 is present but no voltage going to system on ppbus_g3h. not at all familiar as to how u7000 works exactly but getting less than 1 volt on pin 25,24 and 23 of u7000 which seems to be what creates ppbus_g3h. what could be the issue guys?

CHGR_ACIN voltage? Resistance to ground on PPBUS_G3H in Ohms (with the power disconnected of course)?

ac in voltage is 3.9 and 6mohms and dropping on ppbus_g3h

6miliOhms? You have a short to ground

Look for anything that looks messed up and/or getting hot. You might need to inject voltage to see what gets hot though, not sure if U7000 will try to keep working when its output is shorted.

Green light should the first thing to be addressed. Is PP3V42 present and is ACOK present?
