hi friends, just working on that board

i heated 100C already gpu, gmux, vram but no change

some days ago i had the sam issue in a 2915 board, replaced gpu and reballed gmux, replaced lvds connector but no effect.

some ideas what could that be ?

That is GPU or VRAM. I do not touch these boards if after GPU heating the problem is still there. I bet this board was either messed with or it was already an Apple replacement.
