820-2915-b Not powering up

[FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, lucida grande, arial, helvetica, sans-serif]I have a 820-2915. with liquid spill on the wireless card. Nothing on the board. The board has a green light on the charger and it does charge the battery when the battery is not full but starting ( NO fan spin no video no 5v on s5 rail)[/FONT]

pp5v_s3 0v ( is it present when the machine is off???)

the question is Do i Need to have 5v on the pp5vs3 rail for the board to get 5v on the pp5vs5 rail?

Disconnect airport first of course. Are you using a real 85W charger? You can also let the battery charge up to a few lights on the indicator. Disconnect keyboard and power on the board by shorting C5710 once the battery has some charge.
