820-2915 Intermittent No Power.

This board has G3H PP3V42, S5 Rails, but wont always go into S3. I find that when Im missing S3 that PM_SLP_S4_L is missing as well. If I heat area around 7201 with hot air, I get all power rails back and machine boots. I have replaced U7201 thinking that it was shorting PM_SLP to ground but no change.

Pin 4 U7201 in diode. .490
pp3v3_s3 .320

Short somewhere in 3v3 line?

Could be anything. Is this a refurb board with no serial number on the RAM slot?

Its original... Since the hot air seems to fix it for like a day, shouldnt it be something around there? I didn't want to just start switching components blind to fix it. I would rather track it down and know exactly what it is.
