Hi, got an 820-3115-A board that had loads of humidity. Managed to get it to fan spin, but there's no chime and no image, no USB power and no green light on Caps Lock.
i get every rail but 820-3115-A is 1.1v.
ALL_SYS_PWRGD is 3.3v
PLT_RESET_L is 3.3v
Tried several different BIOS chips no change.
