820-3115-b No power with charger

Computer has had previous liquid damage.
does work fine on battery.
green has a dim flash about once a second
PPDCIN_S5_CHGR pulses from 0v to 18v
ppbus_g3_h also pulses from 0 to 18v
have replaced isl, q7085 and q7080
no short to ground on ppdcin_s5_chgr

i don't know where to look on this guy,
i have been looking over the schematic and i can't seem to find something that will pull the line down every second.
any suggestions?

Sounds like a bad ISL6259. Check all the sense resistors and R7005 too.

I did replaced 6259, ill try to replace it again. For sense resistors, you are referring to the the ones around isl?

R7021/22/51/52 R7005 are the usual suspects. ACOK should at least come high

r7080 was measuring 30k instead of 100k
replaced r7080 and replaced q7080 and got green light. and fan spin. i think im in the clear.
