820-3115 no powering up but green light on charger

hi.i have here 820-3115 just stop working. i have green light on charger but not powering up. PP5V_S0 - 0.286v. dont know how to fix it. i replaced u7200 but still nothing

You need to be looking at PPBUS_G3H on this one first; forget 5v_s0 especially, since you're not in s0 yet. Look at all s5 rails. Did the board have liquid?

board with no liquid damaged just stop working, PPBUS_G3H - 12.63v PP3V3_S5- 3.46v

Check all rails for shorts. Check PPVRTC, check for power pulsing on 5V rail
