820-3115 ppbus - 12.28V

This board will not power.
PPBUS - 12.28V
SMC_adapter_en - 0V
Green light present
SCL and SDA at battery connector at 3.48V

I replaced ISL6259 and later SMC with same one from same board and I have still PPBUS - 12.28V

Anything more I can check?

Seems a bad soldering job on ISL or still a bad SMC........ Also remove BIL if it is still on...

It should power on with PPBUS at 12.3V anyway. SMC issue is suspected. What is diode mode on both data pins on the battery connector?

pin4 - 1.899 and 0.559
pin6 - .0L and 0.556

Those values are close enough. What is the history on this board?

Customer told me liquide damage 2 month ago and somebody repaired lvds connector. It works 2 months and 1 week ago didnot power anymore.

Well, I forgot to tell that before replacing the SMC first time I had 1V at pin 4 and 3.48V at pin 6
After SMC was reflowed and later replaced I had 3.48V in both 4 and 6 pins (battery connector) scl and sda.
