820-3115 Water Damage Repair Power On Issues

820-3115 Ultrasonic cleaned, system powers up fan on, hard drive attempts to spin up over and over in sync with the power light, the AC amperes goes from ~0.1A to 0.3A and swings in sync with the power light. New to macbook board repair and would really appreciate giving me a starting point.

where was water damage????, Check for corrosion around ISL and SMC.....

Sorry I did not see any signs of actual damage. Customer just reported they spilled water on the keyboard and afterwards it did not function.

Looks like the main area damaged was around U3890 the T29 15v Boost reg. ISL and SMC are clean

Does the fan keep spinning or is it on/off?
