820-3126 iMac mid 2011 no usb data and bluetooth

Imac 21 mid 2011 820-3126 has usb and bluetooth non working. 5v are present in usb. I have replaced u3500 and u3600 but no difference, still no usb detected. I really hope u1800 isn't fault. Do you have any suggestion? thanks you in advance, it's quite urgent.

So all the USB ports are not working? Usually it is one of the USB hubs, but then at least 1 of the USB ports on the back should work.

all usb not woking, also bluetooth not working, Mac doesn't detect both hub.

How do you test data lines? They should be 3.3v, but since data signal pulses multimeter shows 0v.

No use is testing data lines like that. Can you see if the camera is working, that one is directly connected to the PCH.
