820-3330-B Starts only on safe mode.

I have Macbook Pro 15 Late 2012 820-3330-B. This one dosen't start normally. Only when i take the charger off and hold the button and then put the charger. Fans run full of course because its safe mode. Anyways in safe mode everything works great. Battery is missing from this macbook and the wifi connector is bad. I will fix it after i have found with your help why it doesn't start normally.

Got green light? Are you using a known 85W charger? Is 12.6V present at PPBUS_G3H?

This sounds like an SMC bypass, and in doing so, also loosing wifi, fan control, ect. Check if you're getting S5_PWRGD, SMC_RESET_L, PM_SLP_S5_L, and PM_SLP_S4_L, and when you in the OS, go to the system info and see if your computer can see what SMC firmware your running
