820-3332 battery stays at 15% several hours

This macbook has faulty battery and I replaced with "new" chines battery. Sometimes it stays at 15% and later goes to 100%. It is bad battery or could be some mosfet also?

I just tried with another battery and also slow charching and sometimes stays in 15% so I am not sure it both batteries has the some problem or could be also board problem.
