820-3332 stuck on boot

Hi there,

This board came in with no image on internal and external monitor. Resoldered U8900. Got an image but it get stuck on booting OS. Looks like when it tries to load Graphic card drivers. Please advice how to proceed.
pin 1 and 38 on U8900 are 3V.

BIOS messed with? Will it boot EFI ASD?

Yes it boots to EFI ASD and all tests passed. However it gets stuck booting to OS ASD.
Here is new piece of information. My colleague actually replaced U8900 from a similar board because after resoldering the old one was no image. Could that be of a problem?

If too much heat was added and GPU/VRAM got disturbed then yes! BIOS original???

I am afraid thats exactly what happened because to my knowledge and customer claims nothing was previously done to bios. Will draw conclusions and make sure that doesnt happen again. Please close this threat.

Reball GPU and VRAM and have fun removing the VRAM glue
