Wont turn on does this one use power pads cant find?

should turn on by itself, was this water damage??? Where?? PP5V_S4RS3 is jumping or try to comes high for a second??? (better to use oscilloscope for measure this), PPVCC_S0_CPU jumping or show any voltage??

Its water dmged.. very little water dmg by c7202

no voltage reading on pp5v_s4rs3 i dont have oscilloscope

Check the usual, corrosion U1950, around SPI chip, clock chip and check trace from C7202 to U7200 of course.
