820-3435 not charging

Hi, i have an 820-3435 that isnt charging the battery, laptop boots to os, shows battery percentage and charging icon but wont charge the battery, also NO green light on charger, tried different battery and chargers same result , checked current sensing resistors on both circuits and even changed isl6259 just incase, could the issue be with the onewire circuit even though i thought that circuit had to work for the board to even turn on ???

No green light so change IO board and flat cable.

thanks guys ill give it a try, just took out dc inboard and under the scope looks like the dc inboard has had a spill

Hi you was right new dc in board and cable cured the charging issue but it has no sound, no chime at start no light in headphone jack, reset pram , what ive checked so far is:
u8040 pp1v5_so =1.5v audio enable =3.2v pp1v5_sosw_audio =1.5v
u6410 have 5v at pvdd no im getting kinda lost :-(

All audio is on the IO board so first suspect would be again the IO board or cable.
