820-3437 liquid damage U7701, can this be salvaged?

Corrosion on U7701 and surrounding components. Cleaned it up and removed U7701 to find corrosion destroyed some pads. The board itself is very soft under U7701, like working on paper maché. Pins 2,3,4 I can get back with jumper wire but 8,9,13,14 I have no idea how to go about that. Is this worth sending somewhere else to have fixed or is this not worth the trouble? Sorry for the poor quality images (phone through scope) IMG_7850.jpgIMG_8116.jpg

This looks more like it was destroyed by means of soldering wick and poking with the iron. Do the middle pads still have conductivity to the points they need to go? Check BV and schematic and beep them out with the meter. If the middle pads are fucked I would say this board is done. A bit of a shame as this seemed perfectly fixable from the first picture. I have never seen the middle pads destroyed like that by corrosion, only by wicking and scraping.

No continuity in the middle pads.
When I removed U7701 there was a lot of corrosion on the center pads and bottom of the chip. I cleaned carefully with alcohol and a q-tip before I did any wicking and it ws already in bad shape with the center pads gone. With the wicking I took the two outer pads off but there wasn't much left to begin with.

Case closed, no-fix on this one.
