820-3437b turning on intermittendly

Hi,

I've got a 820-3437b board here which sometimes turns on, but mostly doesn't. When it doesn't turn on, the fan spins twice (as usual) and then just stops completely. The owner has cleaned the board with IPA, so no hints on the board.

Any suggestions before putting it in the ultrasonic cleaner?

Look closer you can't flush away corrosion with IPA. Crap under something.....U6100 area first suspect

As there was no corrosion on the board, I decided to replace the clockchip and reflow the parts around it as it had some discoloured test points around it. Fixed the issue. Thanks for helping anyway!
