820-3476-A No Trackpad after bad HDD ?

He says he connected a dead and possibly bad HDD and the day after the trackpad didn't work.
No water damage.
Other than the trackpad being unresponsive the Mac rarely enters in standby even with the lid is closed. When it does, the keyboard doesn't work unless a restart.
The mic does not work either.
ASD passed. In boot menu or ASD the trackpad is dead also. No response after SMC reset either.
In OS, under USB Device Tree the Mac sees Apple Internal Keyboard / Trackpad.

This was messed with. Mic cable not connected or ripped I guess. Trackpad and/or cable is the first thing to try. Get a trackpad and cable so you can connect it without having to mess with the one that is in there now. It sucks cause it is under the battery.
