820-3476 Chager Phase Voltage Short to ground

Hi Guys i'm working on a 820-3476 board getting a short to ground on pin 1 of F7140 tried to inject voltage to find the short but nothing. All i notice is that its only getting 4 volts to ppbus system any ideas on what the problem can be?

Inject voltage, is the CPU getting warm?

i injected 12 volts at pin 1 nothing happens cpu did not get warm it uses all current but nothing gets hot my max current setting is 5.1 amps on my power supply.

No idea, you are putting 5A into the board, something must get warm or it is a hard 0 Ohm short inside the board.
