I have another macbook with charging issues it was after liquid damage in keyboard back light area. I fixed display issue.
I already replaced battery and port they are fine.
Once i connecting charger to the laptop orange light came up but in system laptop shows information battery is not charging.
I measure voltage around port connector and compare to second laptop with is charging fine on diode D7005 pin PPVIN i have only 0,6V , working one have 12V.
Any idea where I should start with it?

Tried known good battery? Resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of ISL6259? Sounds like possibly a current sensing issue.

Why are you asking about a battery that was already tried and the problem has already been pointed out at D7005!

Without voltage at D7005, does this thing power on from charger only?

Laptop not turning on on charger, I replaced ISL6259 but still same issue, resistance between
pin 17/18 - 4 ohm
pin 27/28 - 20 ohm

You replaced the ISL while there is no voltage at D7005....Issue is more likely around Q7010, check voltage there.
