820-3476 How is this board even turning on?

Hi.

Q7311 has a hole in it but the board powers and chimes. It will not PRAM reset (it's not the keyboard) but it will SMC reset. I have not bothered to boot it to OS.
Anyone know how this thing is still turning on?

FORGET IT I'M A RETARD, I did not have the fucking trackpad plugged in before so PRAM will obviously not reset!
Still not sure how it was powering on though.
