820-3476 liquid damage

Hi guys, so I have an 820-3476 with liquid spil near U7200 and I need to replace 5 resistors with corrosion. One of the resistor is R7225 which has a hole in the board on pin 1 (PP5V_S0_CPUVR_VDD). This is actually not a resistor I can replace it just shows two solder points. The resistor is 0 ohm, can i just jumpwire this or how to go about? Attached an image for reference with the location.

Have you checked the CPU rails and compare to working board. Dead CPU is of course very likely before you put any more time into this.
R7225 is no stuff on diagram, so it is probably not there. If R7224 is present then R7225 will of course not be there!
